The pipeline wrote no digest this week.

What happened

The scheduled Claude Code Action for W39 ran for 76 seconds. A healthy run takes about 250 seconds. The step exited "success" but wrote no digest file. The next workflow step ran git diff --cached --quiet. The check saw no changes and exited with status 0. The pipeline sent no alert.

The same failure pattern repeated on W41 (74 seconds, no digest). After the second miss, the workflow gained a Verify digest was produced step. The workflow now fails the run and fires the Telegram failure alert when neither a digest file nor a "no items" log entry exists for the week.

Why this page exists

Cadence transparency. A blank week on the index reads as inconsistency. This page states what actually happened. If a future week fails in the same way, a stub like this one will replace the silence.
